The Winkeo-C FIDO2 has received the ANSSI security certification (Certificate ANSSI-CSPN-2022/06)—a rigorous French security certification. NEOWAVE is also an official Microsoft partner for Passwordless FIDO2 authentication solutions. The smart card component is certified to Common Criteria EAL5+ and supports up to 1,024 FIDO2/FIDO U2F credentials.

Thanks to USB-C, the Winkeo-C FIDO2 is particularly versatile: It works with Windows 10/11, macOS, Linux, Android, and iOS. It can also be used to log in on smartphones and tablets—either Passwordless or via Two-Factor Authentication. Its compact dimensions (23.5 mm long, 3 g) make it the ideal companion for mobile use.

FIDO2 and FIDO U2F – Versatile Applications

Compatible with Windows 10/11 and Azure Active Directory for Passwordless Windows sign-in. Using FIDO U2F, you can secure accounts on Gmail, Facebook, Dropbox, GitHub, WordPress, and many other services with Two-Factor Authentication. Zimbra and Office 365 are also supported via identity federation services (WebSSO).

Phishing Protection Without Installing Software

The FIDO protocol is based on asymmetric cryptography (ECC P-256). The Private Key never leaves the device. No setup is required on the client device—just plug it in, enter your PIN, press the button, and log in securely. No more need for vulnerable SMS OTP or TOTP solutions.
