Biometric Security for the USB-C Generation

The K26 is identical in design to the K27 but is equipped with a modern USB-C Interface. The integrated Fingerprint Sensor operates entirely on-device: fingerprint data is stored and processed in the built-in security chip, never leaves the device, and cannot be reconstructed from the stored data. Multiple fingerprints can be registered. Fingerprint registration is performed using the free BioPass FIDO2 Manager app.

FIDO2 and FIDO U2F: Passwordless Convenience Across All Platforms

The K26 supports FIDO2 for passwordless Windows login via Windows Hello for Business and Azure Active Directory / Microsoft Entra ID, as well as FIDO U2F for Two-Factor Authentication with online services.
